Planning for Principal Supervision in Improving the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel (Multisite Study at SMPIT Ar Rahmah Pacitan and MTs Al Anwar Pacitan)

This study aims to analyze and discover the principal’s supervision plan in improving the performance of educators and education staff at SMPIT Ar Rahmah Pacitan and MTs. Al Anwar Pacitan. This study uses a qualitative approach, a type of case study with a multi-case design. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, non-participant observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles Huberman model, namely data compaction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Data were analyzed from single case and cross case data. Test the validity of the data through credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that planning for supervising school principals in improving the performance of educators and education staff, namely the principal preparing supervision programs, setting supervision objectives, compiling supervision schedules, setting supervision targets, setting budgets, and forming supervising supporting teams, establishing procedures and conducting outreach . The formal finding of this research is to develop the planning theory developed by Louis A. Allen. The planning theory developed by Louis A. Allen does not include: setting targets, forming a supervision team, and program outreach. All findings that are not included in the planning theory developed by Louis A. Allen are novelty findings.

The Influence of Situational Leadership, Work Environment and Innovativeness on Teachers’ Job Satisfaction in Elementary School

The study aims to identify the effect of Situational Leadership, Work Environment, and Innovativeness on teachers’ job satisfaction in Tigapanah Subdistrict, Karo District. The research uses the quantitative through Path Analysis model with 146 Teachers as respondents in 24 schools that located in Tigapanah Subdistrict. Google Form is used in this research to gather the data. before spread the questionnaire, Validity test and Reliability test is done beforehand. In analysis test, first step is the analysis requirements Test, it is containing normality test using Skewness and Kurtosius test and Linearity test. The findings in this research are the positive direct effect of Situational Leadership on Innovativeness, the Work Environment has positive direct effect on Innovativeness, there are the direct positive effect of Situational Leadership, Work Environment and Innovativeness on Teachers’ Job satisfaction in Tigapanah Subdistrict, Karo District. Situational Leadership and Work Environment have positive indirect effect on Teachers’ Job Satisfaction Through Innovativeness.

Some Difficulties in Learning Speaking of English Majored Freshmen at Tay Do University, In Vietnam

Some difficulties in learning speaking of English majored freshmen at Tay Do University” is performed to the purpose of this study help student recognize their problem in speaking English. The participants of this study are the English majored freshmen course 13 (2018-2022) from Bachelor of English class at Tay Do University. The instruments are used in this study are questionnaire and interview. The researcher will collect student’s’ information through questionnaire and paper interview question. The expected outcomes will show the difficulties in learning speaking of English-majored freshmen at Tay Do University.

Transformational Leadership and Compensations Effect to Employee’s Performances by means of Job Satisfaction as Mediation Variable at CV. General Design Klungkung Regency

Employees performance at company needs been noticed because it can affect to the company’s performance. This study desire to analyze how transformational leadership and compensation affect employee’s performances by means of job satisfaction as mediation variable. Object of this research are all employees of CV. General Design totaling 40 (fourty). The data collected by a questionnaire with five Likert scale and using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analyze. This research indicate about transformational leadership affect positif insignificant to employee’s performances, but it had positif and significantly effect to job satisfaction. Then compensation had positif effect and significant to the job satisfaction and the employee’s performances. While job satisfaction affect positively and had no significant effect to the employee’s performances. In addition, job satisfaction is not a mediation of transformational leadership and compensation effect on the employee’s performances. For the further researchers are hoped can add alternative constructs that affect to the employee’s performances besides transformational leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction. The next researchs, it should add more references related to research and hope this result can be used for reference to study on similar companies.

The Difficulties in Listening Comprehension of English Majored Freshmen at Tay Do University

The purpose of the proposal “The difficulties in listening comprehension of English majored freshmen at Tay Do University” is to help students understand that: Listening is a necessary skill in learning English and finding the difficulties that students meet when they learn listening comprehension as the problem about (vocabulary, grammar, speed, and pronunciation) in listening comprehension English majored freshmen at Tay Do University encounter. The participants of this research are 130 students of class Bachelor of English 14A, 14B, 14C course 2020-2024. The questionnaire and paper interview are two main instruments of this study. The expected outcomes of this research proposal will help students solve their difficulties in listening, improve their listening comprehension abilities and develop effective listening strategies.

Adaptation and Validation of the Big Five Inventory-2-Short Form in a Sample of Moroccan Young Adults

A Person’s reactions and human behavioral information may be easily understood and anticipated if the personality traits underlying differences are correctly identified. The purpose of this study is to examine the adaptation and validation of the Big Five Inventory 2 Short Form (BFI-2-S) in the Moroccan context. This measure identifies the five major personality traits of persons: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, negative-Emotionally, and open-mindedness. The factor analysis confirms the five domains described by the BFI-2-S authors. The means and internal consistency of the five domains obtained are very satisfactory and close to those found in previous studies. The psychometric properties obtained from this study support the BFI-2-S’s applicability to Arabic-speaking young adults in the Moroccan context.

Language Use in Oral Tradition Forms: An Expressive Critical Approach to Selected Proverbs and Riddles

Human communication is organized in diverse ways in verbal art in particular. Oral literary forms reflect unusual use of language at both literary and semantic levels. In this paper, the researcher looks into language of folkloric verbal expression by exploring sense relations and literary devices in selected proverbs and riddles. The study is geared by two theories such as Expressive Critical Approach and Literary Analysis as a Scientific Method. Discussion demonstrates that both types of oral tradition embody  essential lexico – semantic and literary aspects taken as a pool from which language learners can draw to enhance  not only language proficiency but also figures of speech. Both proverbs and riddles reflect the use of foregrounded language. They are effective means to nurture language understanding and its use in human day to day communication.

Public Service Ethics in Implementation of State Power in Vietnam Today

Today, along with the process of integration and globalization, the development of Industry 4.0 poses significant challenges in the process of managing and exercising state power. In which, public service ethics is an extremely important factor, a criterion and an indispensable condition for evaluating the ethics of cadres and civil servants; is a close connection between civil servants and public service to ensure the effect and efficiency of state operation. With this article, the author mentions the issue of public service ethics in organizing the exercise of state power in our country for the past time and the urgent requirements set forth.

The Use of Ijarah Structure Asset to be Leased by Using Underlying Assets in SBSN Project Based Sukuk (PBS) Funding the Infrastructure Development of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of the PBS (Project Based Sukuk) series of State Sukuk by using the Ijarah Asset to be Leased contract, this contract is created in a structure that allows the government to lease assets that will be realized in the future, but the government can pay the project lease. since the start of the construction period. Sukuk investors will receive compensation from the agreed rental value. In an ijarah contract, the returns received by investors are fixed. Rental fees are also known as ujrah. But because the projects built do not generate revenue streams and are a service to the community, the compensation given to State Sukuk investors does not come from the performance of the infrastructure, but the government pays ujrah from other revenue sources. The focus of this research is how the use of the Ijarah Asset Structure to Be Leased by Using Underlying Assets in SBSN Project Based Sukuk (PBS) Funds the Infrastructure Development of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.

This study is qualitative research with a descriptive method, namely by making systematic, factual, and accurate descriptions, drawings, or drawings regarding the facts, characteristics, and relationships between the phenomena studied. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and data documentation on the research object. Data analysis was carried out according to Miles and Huberman’s instructions, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on the analysis carried out. Testing the validity and validity of the data was carried out using a triangulation technique, namely by examining data from different sources for measurement and comparison purposes. The research concluded that the use of the asset to be leased ijarah structure is carried out by using the underlying asset, namely the built infrastructure.

Project-Based Learning Model to Improve Learning Outcomes in Economics

The aim of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of class XI IPS 1 SMA Science Plus Biatul Qur’an Boarding School Sambirejo by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a research design using the Kemmis and Taggart models for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four activities: (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observation and evaluation, and (4) reflection. The participants in this study were 25 male students in class XI IPS 1. From the research that has been done, the results of the study show that the economics learning outcomes of students have increased. This is evident from 8 or 68% of students achieving the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in the pre-cycle. Whereas in Cycle I, 16 or 64% of students achieved a completeness score, which then increased to 18 or 68% in Cycle II. So it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 1.
